Currently hiring
All positions are full-time, on-site at our Valencia facility. Day shift, Monday–Friday. Per ITAR, all hires must be U.S. persons (citizens or lawful permanent residents).
CNC Lathe Machinist — Setup
Set up and run CNC turning centers on aerospace alloys. Load tools, set offsets, prove out first articles, and keep production running clean. Read prints with GD&T, hold close tolerances, troubleshoot at the control.
Mastercam Programmer — CNC Mill-Turn
Program our Doosan PUMA mill-turn centers (sub-spindle, live tooling, Y-axis) using Mastercam. Build setup sheets, tooling lists, and work instructions from drawings and solid models. Edit G-code/M-code at the control as needed.
Fusion 360 Programmer — CNC Mill-Turn
Program mill-turn jobs in Fusion 360 — aerospace prototypes, low-volume runs, and short-cycle production work. Collaborate with machinists on fixturing and DFM. Drive cycle-time wins on superalloy work.
Senior Prototype Machinist
First-article and prototype work on superalloys. Own the entire process — programming, setup, prove out, first article, and in-process inspection — on both lathes and mills. Hold tolerances to ±0.0002".
Deburring / Part Finishing
Deburr and finish precision aerospace parts to print spec. Hand finishing, edge break, light polish — quality work that protects the tolerances the machinists held.
CMM Inspector / Quality Tech
Program and run CMM inspection using PC-DMIS or CMM-Manager. Inspect aerospace and defense components, generate inspection reports, and support the quality team with in-process and final inspection.
Quality Engineer (AS9100D)
Own AS9100D quality system maintenance. Run internal audits, drive root cause / corrective action, manage supplier qualification, and partner with primes on supplier portal qualifications.
First Article Inspector
Build AS9102 First Article Inspection packages. CMM, micrometers, calipers, indicators — match every dimension on print, every time. Maintain traceability and compile FAI documentation for aerospace customers.
